Informations for UPS users

1. Diligently pack and complete the package.
   
2. Place ARS sticker onto the package.
   
3. On the ARS sticker, state your home address.
   
4. Have ready a separate letter in which you will state:
   
• address of the recipient
  
• objects in the package
  
• which form of transport you prefer (air, ocean)
  
• state the declared value of the package (insurance-5% depending on the value of the package)
  
5. Place the letter into the envelope and then stick onto the package.
   
6. Bring the package to your nearest UPS office. Show the ARS sticker on the package - No payment to UPS will be needed in order to transport your package to ROXOLANA
   
7. Following the arrival of your package in Roxolana, we will send you the amount due of the invoice, as well as copy of the customs declaration.
